Return Policy:
Time Frame: All items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
Condition of Items: Products should be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached, and in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on undergarments, swimwear, and cosmetics, unless they are defective or faulty.
Return Process:

Our team will respond with return instructions, including where to send the item(s).
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you about the status of your return request.
Refund Policy:
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow a few days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges:
At this time, we only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item and place a new order.
